What is Thai yoga Massage?
Thai Yoga massage has been practiced across Thailand for thousand of years and has become increasingly popular in the western society in recent years. There are similarities with the Indian system of healing, Ayurveda.
Thai massage is the combination of applied yoga, acupressure with the aim of re-balancing energy and also physical relaxation. The massage is given on a comfortable mat on the floor and with the person wearing loose comfortable clothes. Thai Yoga Massage is sometimes called "lazy man's yoga" as you get many of the benefits of Yoga without having to put any of the effort in.

How long does the massage take?
The massage takes between 1.5 to 2 hours, and covers the whole body including finishing with a relaxing facial massage.
Massages are provided at our base in Needingworth, in St Ives or in your own home. We are hoping to be able to offer them from other locations in the near future.
